High Point Media offers photography, videography, branding, website design, and related creative services. Service descriptions, examples, availability, and prices shown on this website are for general information and may change. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a service agreement.

The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and any included revisions for a project will be set out in the applicable proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or written agreement.

03. Bookings, Payments & Changes

Any payment schedule, reservation payment, cancellation policy, or rescheduling terms will be provided with the applicable booking or project agreement. Please review those details before confirming a service or making a payment.

Requests to change a project’s scope, date, location, or deliverables may affect its price and timeline. Changes must be agreed to in writing.

04. Creative Work & Delivery

Final deliverables, file formats, delivery methods, and estimated timelines depend on the service purchased. Portfolio examples show our creative approach but do not guarantee an identical result. Factors such as weather, venue rules, lighting, access, and the cooperation of participants or animals may affect what can be captured.

Unless expressly included in a written agreement, unedited files, outtakes, working files, and raw footage are not part of the final deliverables.

05. Copyright & Permitted Use

Website text, images, video, graphics, and other original content may not be copied, sold, altered, or used commercially without permission, except where allowed by law.

Purchasing a photograph or commissioning creative work does not, by itself, transfer copyright. The usage rights granted for client deliverables will be stated in the applicable license or written agreement. Please contact us before using an image for advertising, publication, resale, or another purpose outside the rights provided with your purchase.

06. Client Materials & Permissions

If you provide logos, images, text, music, or other materials for a project, you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use them. You are also responsible for obtaining any access, location permissions, or participant approvals assigned to you in your project agreement.

07. Galleries, Downloads & Third Parties

Client galleries, payment processing, website hosting, and file delivery may be provided through third-party services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. Please download and back up delivered files within any access period stated in your gallery or project agreement.

08. Website Information

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but its content may contain errors or become outdated. We may update, remove, or change website content at any time. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or policies.
